CR ANALYSIS

• This analysis is for the parts in the NC area of the machine shop. It is only for the rejected parts.

• The data in this report will reflect only after the CR, MR is filled in the production report in the sheet "Cycle time master"

• The NC area has to clear every 48 hrs. This Analysis has to be completed at least once in 48 hours.

• For the production line item where there is no MR, or CR then it is not included in the above. Refer to production report.

• It takes 15 mins to refresh. Once data is submitted, do not submit again , it will be refreshed after 15 minutes.

•  CR analysis to be done by Casting Team, MR analysis to be done by machining team.

• MR = Machining Rejection, CR = Casting Rejection identified after or during machining.
